March Update

Hey folks!
Thanks so much for your patience! We've been woefully understaffed, so this update is coming a little later than we'd hoped. However, I'm here to report that the last shipping labels have been created, and those respective books will be packed up and shipped out this weekend!
What to do if you don't have a shipping notification:
1) Check your spam folder. If you're in the US, our shipping partner is Sendle. So you'll be looking for an email from Arledge Comics or Sendle, and those can sometimes end up in your spam/updates folder. So check there first. If you're an international backer, you're looking for AC or Pirate Ship!
2) Please ensure you filled out your BackerKit survey! There's still a good 6% of y'all that haven't done that yet. This means we don't have shipping addresses for you! That BackerKit needs to be completed before we can send anything to you.
3) If you have no tracking number (by 3/23 - giving the automated system a solid day to catch up) and you completed your BackerKit survey, please email [email protected] with your name and backer number.
Again, I want to thank you all for your patience throughout this process! The pandemic certainly threw us for a loop, and we like to have books shipped much earlier than this. However, the quality was not sacrificed! I'm sure you'll be very happy with the books once you see them. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out the email address above.
Shipping Update

Hey backers!
We hope everyone had a good and safe holiday season! We took a little time off to spend the holidays with our families, and we're back with an update for you all.
Books are shipping! We managed to get a good portion of Kickstarter rewards shipped out during our downtime at Emerald City Comic Con - in addition to those of you who came to see us in person for your rewards! If you have your copy already, you should definitely consider leaving a review. We love feedback!
If you haven't seen your rewards yet, don't fret. There are a couple hundred Kickstarter packages either put together or in the process of being put together right now. Our shipping system will automate a tracking number to the email you provided BackerKit as soon as we're able to get your package in the mail.
As we're now in the shipping portion of this campaign, this will be your last update for a little while. Please watch your email addresses for tracking numbers. If you haven't filled out your BackerKit survey yet, please do so! We can't ship you anything if we don't know where to send it. :)
Our next update will be confirmation of all packages being shipped. <3

SOME GOOD NEWS
I got an email from our printer stating that books should be here, in our hands, in the next week or so! Stickers are here and pins are en route. We're planning fulfillment and shipping to take place the weekend of December 4. We're waiting until then because I'm getting married in six days - which means a large portion of the Arledge Comics team will be attending a wedding. Haha.
The weekend of December 4 is also Emerald City Comic Con weekend! We'll be on the main floor at booth 2007. If you're in town, drop in and say hi! We'll be the ones peddling books and packing all your rewards! (Yes, you can absolutely pick up your reward if you're there, just shoot us a message so we can set your goods aside.)
We appreciate how patient you all have been! We just know you'll enjoy the book - it's definitely worth the wait!

Hey all!
Unfortunately, I don't have any exciting news to share.
Stateside backers may be aware - The US is having supply chain issues and delays. This is heavily affecting shipments - and kicking the publishing industry's butt because of paper shortages.
So we're still waiting on the books to be in our hands.
I do, however, have pictures of the proof. So everyone can see what the book will finally look like when they get their own.
As soon as I have news, I'll be sharing it with y'all.

Hey backers! Here with your bimonthly update.
Book Update
Books are being printed. Files have been finally approved. We're just sitting on our hands waiting for books to be printed and shipped to us.
Other Rewards
So we're not sitting on merchandise, we'll be ordering pins and stickers as soon as we're given notification that books have shipped. So no movement there yet.
Shipping addresses
If you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected]. We'll need your pledge number, name, and new address. Please also make sure you mention it's your No Going Back awards! As some of you have noticed, we've already run another whole campaign since this title funded - we're busy bees! - and I'd hate to send you the wrong book. Haha!
